Purchases

Trade Limits
We profile each user based on:
– Source of funds.
– Age.
– Expected investment turnover.
– Other registration details.
Trades inconsistent with your profile may be restricted until we verify your identity and funds.
Trade Errors
– Your error: Notify us within 2 hours for corrections. After 2 hours, the trade is final.
– Our error: We’ll resolve it within 4 hours, with or without your notice.
Payment and Refund Policy
– Fees: Pay in full at registration unless stated otherwise.
– Commitment: Money in the Members Fund is not a fee.
– Refunds: Only under specific conditions (see Refund Policy).
Accounts
Registration
To use our services, create a Yellowline account (“Account”).
Business Accounts
If registering for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Investment Clubs
Need at least two members to register.
Account Details
– Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
– Keep your details updated.
Security
– Safeguard your password.
– Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
– Log out properly after each session.
You’re responsible for all activity under your Account unless due to our negligence.
User Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that:
– You’re over 18 and legally capable.
– Your information is accurate.
– You understand investment risks.
– You’re not violating any laws.
Investment Risks
– All investments carry risk.
– Yellowline is not a financial advisor.
– You’re responsible for your decisions.
Intellectual Property
– The Service and its content belong to Yellowline.
– Don’t use our trademarks without permission.
– You may only use Collective Content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Tax
Consult a tax advisor about the tax consequences of our services.
Prohibited Activities
Don’t:
– Use the Service illegally.
– Spam others.
– Circumvent fees.
